The Innovate Suffolk Talent Network is supported by a Community Interest Company called Innovate Suffolk is an independent community-led group working to advance innovation, creativity and collaboration across the region.
While the Innovate Suffolk Talent Network (ISTN) focuses on building pathways between education and industry, Innovate Suffolk’s wider agenda centres on unlocking Suffolk’s potential through advanced innovation, grassroots problem-solving, and purposeful community development.
The group brings together professionals, entrepreneurs, developers, educators, creatives, and changemakers to work on real-world challenges in practical, energising ways. It’s a space for ideas to grow, for talent to be supported, and for collaborative projects to take shape.
ISTN exists to coordinate the people-powered infrastructure that supports future talent: building connections, running meet-ups, sharing opportunities, and helping educators and professionals work more closely together.
Innovate Suffolk, in contrast, holds a broader innovation brief — including economic resilience, systems change, and supporting the region to build confidence in its own capability. Both parts of the ecosystem are deeply connected, but serve different purposes — and we want to honour that by keeping their identities clear.
