About EmpowerUS
EmPowerUS is a women-led community and network dedicated to connection, growth, and transformation. Through thoughtfully designed events, peer support, and leadership conversations, we bring together women from all walks of life, entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, and change-makers, to explore what empowerment means in business and life today.
Our mission is to create spaces where ambition can be shared without pressure, where voices can be heard without judgment, and where women can grow both personally and professionally in solidarity. With each Chapter, EmPowerUS continues to spark cross-sector collaboration, surface vital conversations, and open doors for women across Suffolk and beyond.
EmPowerUs Suffolk Monthly Social
EmPowerUS Suffolk’s Monthly social began as a simple idea over coffee at the Hidden Garden Café. The aim to create a space for women to connect honestly about work, ambition, and wellbeing. What started as an informal meet-up quickly became part of the movement. From those first conversations grew a vibrant network of women supporting one another to find confidence, clarity, and community in business and life. EmPowerUS has always been about more than networking; it’s about creating safe, energising spaces where women can learn, share stories, and lift each other up.
Each gathering brings together women from every sector founders, leaders, creatives, and students to explore what empowerment looks like today. Through events, talks, and collaborations, EmPowerUS champions growth that feels human, success that’s self-defined, and connections that last. From the Hidden Garden to the University of Suffolk, the message stays the same: when women come together, powerful things happen.
