SIMS - Entrepreneurial Leadership

We would like to thank Steve Barnes for delivering his talk to our SIMS group.

The Talk:

Entrepreneurial leadership is not a 'one-size-fits-all' approach, and depends very much on context: from nascent entrepreneur, through start-up, consolidation and growth. So what are the different types, and what does this mean for leaders? "Know thyself" said Socrates in 400BC, and never has this been more true than for the entrepreneur in the 21st century.

What we will cover:

✔ You as leader
✔ Strength-based leadership
✔ The emergent model of leadership
✔ Entrepreneurial Leadership as culture
✔ Entrepreneurial Leadership as Style
